Data Pump Implementation Summary Provided in the table below are comparative details, both in performance and in DSP resource usage, of the modem data pump code modules. Modem standards not mentioned can be implemented on request.
DSP load figures given are for the'C54x/'C55x modules. Please consult individual data sheets for load details on the 'C2xx/'C5x modules. 1 SNR performances for flat channel 2 Individual modules contain common code so total program memory for all is 32.0kwords. All figures for 9.6kHz sample rate without backwards channel if applicable. Adjustments for 8.0kHz sample rate are: - for V.17/22/26/27/29/32/33 add 0.3MIPS, 0.02k data- & 0.2k prog-mem words - for Bell 103/R.38/V.21/V.23 scale MIPS figures by 5/6. For 75b/s Backwards Channel for V.23/26/27 at 9.6kHz sample rate add 3.0MIPS, 0.05 k data- & 0.4k prog-mem words. V.23 with backward channel at 8.0kHz sample rate takes: 6.8MIPS, 0.13k data- & 1.2k prog-mem words.
